These terms apply to purchases and use of lunalabs3d.com. Luna Labs 3D is operated by Amy Mallia trading as Luna Labs 3D in Malta, VAT number MT3280-7829. Contact lunalabs3d@gmail.com or +356 7771 8303.

Orders and prices

Product descriptions and prices are shown in euros. An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may correct obvious pricing or availability errors before acceptance and will offer a refund where payment has already been taken.

Custom work

Quotes, specifications, files, materials, colours, tolerances, deadlines, and payment terms for custom work must be agreed before production. You confirm that you have the right to use any files, designs, trademarks, or other material you supply. Custom or personalised goods may not qualify for the statutory right of withdrawal except where faulty or otherwise required by law.

Digital products

Digital files are licensed for the use stated on the product page and are not sold with intellectual-property ownership. You may not redistribute or resell files unless expressly permitted. Where you expressly request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge loss of the withdrawal right, the statutory withdrawal period may no longer apply once supply begins.

Physical goods and risk

Ownership and risk pass as provided by applicable consumer law and the agreed delivery terms. Inspect deliveries promptly and contact us about damage, defects, or missing items.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. Subject to law, we are not responsible for indirect loss or misuse of products or files.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Maltese law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. The European Commission’s former ODR platform is no longer available; contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern.
